Not-so-clean retrievers

Maybe it is because they are retrievers and genetics forces them into the baby pools before rolling around in the dirt. Maybe it is because they still play like puppies. Maybe it is a combination of both, but the more dirt they collect, the more fun they have! I'd say they had a pretty good day! 

Holly has been spending a little too much time with those little dogs. Lab turned ankle bitter? 

The girls obviously love each other. It was Caesar's first day playing with him though and he had to do a little bit of begging for them to get him join in the fun. 

It didn't take them long to warm up to him and soon Caesar and Holly had their own game going! 

A cool down retrieve session, where Caesar really stretches his legs! 

Once they were all done playing they settled in for an afternoon nap. Sandy is not amused with her nap being disturbed for a picture.
