Delayed Opening Again

Due to the PG County schools being delayed 2 hours, so is Applewoods Dog Training for Thursday, January 8, 2015.

Snow Policy

Just a reminder that if Prince George's County schools are closed so is Applewoods Dog Training.  If they are delayed, we delay the same amount of time.  If they are delayed one hour, we would open at 8 am.  Please drive carefully!

Awards Night Coming Soon

We have awards night for Applewoods Dog Training dogs who achieved titles during 2014.  Be sure to come so you get your award.  If you cannot come, please designate a person to accept on your behalf.  Awards will be given out on Thursday, January 15, 2015. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

New Companion Dog Excellent Title

Finally Derek and Elice finished his CDX with three first place ribbons to show for the work.

I managed to position Derek so he would not have someone step on him & then I  put him in a down stay.  Some displays were set up so I could circle around behind him and keep a foot on his leash and he could not see me. Homestead Gardens is a great place to work.  They are very dog friendly and Derek got lots of attention.
